5-Course Railcar Dining Experience (5 pm Seating)

Board the re-imagined former Barnum and Bailey Circus Cars for an evening of expertly crafted cocktails and an exquisitely curated 5-course dinner; all to the backdrop of live music.

Board at 5:00pm and feel the world around you fade and slow for an evening of enjoyment and relaxation in a setting you have yet to experience.

Your first hour will be spent sipping a signature cocktail in our re-imagined circus train car lounge. You’ll be invited to indulge in a fresh seafood cold bar (shrimp cocktail, oysters, tuna) and light bites; enhancing your anticipation for the main course.

Your next 90 minutes will take you into our table car where you will be served by an attentive waitstaff to a full 3-course meal prepared by Chef Marcus Daniel.
